The name RAICV is the Registry of Estate Agents of the COMUNIDAD VALENCIANA.

DECREE 98/2022, of 29 July, regulates the Register of Estate Agents of the Valencian Community (RAICV). This decree establishes the obligation for all professionals who work as real estate agents in the Valencian Community, including Real Estate Agents, to be registered in the RAICV.
